Sprogley Motorsport 90mm Enlarged Direct Route intake kit for the Vauxhall Z20LEx Engine to fit the Ko4/6 Turbo.
Please note the following:
- Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your product. We don't always have our products on the shelves and they are sometimes made to order. Thank you for understanding.
- Your MAF sensor will need recalibrating to run this intake. Please DO NOT fit this intake without getting it done, as it may cause your car to run poorly and even damage engine components.
- Oil dipstick needs to be adjusted forward slightly in order to fit this intake. This is very simple to do with a screw driver and will cause no damage to any components.
- This intake does not have a breather port. We offer an SM spec Airtec Motorsport breather kit to suit this intake, or a Ramair 16mm breather filter if you already have a catch can fitted.

SM 90mm direct route intake pipe (brushed silver or satin black aluminium elbow, Sprogley Motorsport branded black, blue or red silicone hoses)
Ramair Proram 90mm Air Filter
Stainless Jubilee Clips
Kit will fit the following vehicles (requres MAF sensor to be recalibrated)
- Vauxhall Astra H VXR
- Vauxhall Astra H SRI 2.0T
- Vauxhall Zafira VXR
- Vauxhall Astra G GSI
- Other Z20LEx vehicles (not 100% confirmed)
This intake will fit any Ko turbo, from a stock Ko4 to a Ko6 Hybrid
We also have a normal direct route intake kit if you do not require a 90mm MAF.
This kit is the cost effective answer for people wanting to make big power on Ko4/6 Hybrid set ups. With supporting mods and the correct turbo, 350-400+bhp is achievable with this intake.
Our intake pipe is half aluminium and half silicone. This allows you to get the kit to fit correctly to your turbo, without sitting too high and hitting the bonnet, or having a less than ideal silicone join to the turbo inlet pipe. You end up with a perfect fitting intake pipe that works great with an open cone filter.
The aluminium elbow not only looks great, in either a brushed or satin black finish, but it also enhances sound as well as helping to protect from heat.
